Medical Objects Customer Support

Customer care is extremely important to us here at Medical Objects. We pride ourselves in ensuring that we provide a quality product in the Medical-Objectstm suite of tools, but also in the support of our customers.

From signup, installation to helping you with your practice, the team at Medical-Objects can ensure that you have any issues resolved quickly. There are several ways to handle support requests through Medical Objects. You can:

Support Costs
Medical-Objects can be installed by most computer users and documented and video help is available online for those who need it. If there are still issues with your installation or you have customer support issues, nominal support costs may apply.

Many of the product lines from Medical-Objects are provided free of charge in order to assist in the delivery of medical messaging. Many of the products such as Medical-Objects Specialists Edition include installation support as part of the package. For products that are delivered at no cost, we charge a modest service fee in order to cover the cost of our staff.

The fees are as of 30th January 2006 are:

Remote Installation (client software)

Installation of any of the client solutions. This only applied to Medical-Objects™ GP edition. All other versions include installation

On Site Installation (client software – GP Edition)

$100 + $100/hour for time incurred. Minimum cost $100

Installation of any of the client software packages on site where assistance is required or where access may be limited to a firewall. This only applied to Medical-Objects™ GP edition

On Site Installation (client software – non GP Edition)

$100/hour for time incurred

Installation of any of the client software packages on site where assistance is required or where access may be limited to a firewall.

Additional Remote Installations

$50

Reinstallation on the same machine or where the software needs to be installed on multiple computers for the same provider. (e.g. A desktop and laptop installation)

GP Training

$400 per half day/per attendee

Training course to understand how to use Medical-Objects client software. Training at this course is targeted to General Practitioners.

Specialists Training

$400 per half day/per attendee

Training course to understand how to use Medical-Objects. Training at this course is targeted to General Practitioners.
