The Medical-Objects tool set comes in a variety of configurations, designed to fit into the particular way that you wish to work. Our entry level products are designed in mind to ensure that everyone can connect together and use secure medical messaging. Most products can be installed by anyone with a modest level of computer literacy.

Medical-Objects™ Basic Edition is for any member of the health industry to download their messages/reports from GPs, Specialists or other connected allied health care providers. Results can be configured to be imported into a number of PMS applications such as Medical Director, Best Practice, Genie and NxtHealth/Medical Spectrum etc. 

Medical-Objects™ Standard Edition is for any member of the health industry to download their messages/reports from GPs, Specialists or other connected providers. Results can be configured to be imported into a number of PMS applications such as Medical Director, Best Practice, Genie and NxtHealth/Medical Spectrum. The Medical-Objects Referral Client allows you to communicate referrals and transfer notes directly to the other connected providers.

Medical-Objects™ Allied Health Standard Edition includes the Medical-Objects Word-Plug-in and the Medical-Objects Capricorn product the to allow allied health professionals to send and receive documents/pathology/images using the Medical-Objects network. It includes the ability to send and receive referrals and send correspondance/reports back to your referrers. 

Medical-Objects™ Allied Health Explorer Edition includes the Medical-Objects Word-Plug-in and the Medical-Objects Explorer to allow allied health professionals to send and receive documents/pathology/images using the Medical-Objects network. It includes the ability to send and receive referrals. For many allied health professionals this provides a complete solution for the management of their clinical data. The clinical data stored by the system is browse able both on and offline.

Medical-Objects™ Specialist Edition includes the Medical-Objects Download Client and the Medical-Objects Word-Plug to allow you to send documents to other Medical-Objects connected users.  With very few clicks you can securely communicate with other health providers. This is the perfect tool for specialists who write their reports in Microsoft Word and want to continue using the tools they already know. Daily delivery reports are provided to track delivery of your clinical data, while incoming referrals and letters can be imported into your existing Practice software or created as PDF documents in a location of your choice.

Medical-Objects™ Pathology/Radiology Gateway Edition includes Medical-Objects Explorer and Word Plug in and includes enhanced support for Pathology and Radiology services such as Image Capture/Picture archiving services and storage facilities for the large number of results that are communicated. It fully supports HL7 based electronic orders that can be generated by Medical-Objects or other HL7 compliant applications. It fully supports electronic delivery to Medical-Objects connected users, Argus connected users as well as users desiring PGP or GNUPG encrypted Email. Displayed pricing is for individual Pathologists/Radiologists only.

Medical-Objects Clinical Pathology Edition
is a clinical pathology system with support for structured reporting, the most advanced clinical decision support platform, machine integration and much more.

Customer Support Pricing Minimize

Medical-Objects can be installed by most computer users and help documents and video help is available online for those who need it. If there are still issues with your installation or you have support issues, you can contact the Medical-Objects support team.

Many of the support services for our product lines are provided free of charge in order to assist in the delivery of medical messaging. All of our products include remote installation support as part of the package. For products that are delivered at no cost, it is only in the unlikely chance that you need assistance with installing the software and request that we visit your site we charge a modest service fee to cover the cost of our staff. In addition we also offer free email and registration support for our products.

Off Site Installation

(Remote Installation)

Installation of any of the client software packages when it is done remotely or where we guide you through the installation on the phone.

On Site Installation 

$165 + $165/hour for time incurred. Minimum cost $165

 

Installation of any of the client software packages on site where assistance is required or where access may be limited to a firewall. 

Additional Remote Installations/reconfigurations

$110

Reinstallation on the same machine or where the software needs to be installed on multiple computers for the same provider. (e.g. A desktop and laptop installation). Additionally if the customer changes practice management systems and requires another integration to be perform this cost is applied.This service also applies any GP Edition that in not covered under a current Medical-Objects support contract. Practix contact setups are included in reconfigurations.

On site practice staff training

$800 per half day course + travel expenses

Primarily used for the specialists practices, this training take your practice staff through the system so that it can be used and managed in day to day operations

Word Template Customisation

$165 per hour

Customise the way your word documents are sent into clinical packages and ensure that they successfully import into systems such as Medical Director, Best Practice and other key systems

Knowledge Services

$2,200 day rate

Medical-Objects has experts in many areas of health informatics, in particular HL7 v2.3.1, SNOMED CT, HL7 based archetypes, as well as decision support standards such as GELLO and GLIF. For longer term projects, Medical-Objects can prepare written quotes

USB Based Media

$110 per USB Key

This is ideal for specialists and allied health who use Medical-Objects Explorer and our hosted service and desire the convenience to run it as a portable application from wherever they plug-in the USB Key such as their home and/or office. Medical-Objects can perform the setup and post the USB Media directly to you.

Trinity Support

$200 per practice per year.

Support for the Trinity referral client  is peformed remotely on the individual Providers computer.

Feature Requests Minimize
In the event that you require customisations to the Medical-Objects software, you can apply for a change request of software by applying to Medical-Objects and then faxing the form through to Medical-Objects.
