Medical-Objects Download Client for Java is a cross platform version of the Medical-Objects Download Client that can run on Mac OS/X, Linux, Unix or any system that supports Java 1.4.2.

Medical-Objects Download Client for Java operates in a similar manner to Medical-Objects Download Client, communicating securely with the Medical-Objects Server and retrieving results as HL7 or PIT ready for import. Delivery is ensured by sending acknowledgment receipts back to the server.

Medical-Objects Download Client for Java includes an inbuilt scheduler and can also be installed if you have a site certificate. Installation is a single click process by way of using Java Web Start.
