The Medical-Objects Explorer EHR is a unique tool that integrates Appointments, Secure messaging, Medications, Clinical Decision Support, Clinical Terminologies, Customised Reports and Templates. For organisations with their own unique approach, Explorer EHR can be customised to fit the needs of your practice or clinic, enabling you to spend more time with your patients. Location is not an issue either as you can run Explorer EHR from any Windows Laptop connected to the Internet.

Explorer EHR Modules

Our baseline Explorer EHR solution can be customised to suit your speciality. Our modules include Appointments, Secure Messaging, Medications, Clinical Decision Support, Terminology support including LOINC and SNOMED CT, customised reports, and templates. These modules can be customised and added to the baseline Explorer EHR to meet your requirements.

Appointments:

Allows for customisable views of staff and resources so that you can create calendar allocations that reflect how you run your clinic. View your calendar from many perspectives such as what appointment does Dr Smith have? What is the schedule for this piece of equipment or room. It also includes a powerful recall system that you can use to assist in the management of your patients.

Secure Messaging:

Our EHR can provide a secure messaging solution that is efficient and beneficial to your organisation or business. The EHR is equipped to provide point to point secure delivery of reports, results and letters. We can also organise delivery of pathology and radiology results to your EHR from suppliers like Sullivan Nicolaides, Queensland Medical Laboratories (QML) and Gribbles.

Medications:

The medication module, in conjunction with a MIMS license, allows access to MIMS integrated, which includes full product information, abbreviated information, drug vs. drug interactions and drug vs. allergy interactions. Currently the medication module product supports recording of drugs in the health record.

Templates and Archetypes:

Be able to create powerful structures in your reports and have them easily communicable as clinical notes or as communicated reports. In addition you can perform reporting on these values allowing you to see quality data that can be used for research, statistics or to analyse aspects of your internal operations.

Images:

With data intensive reports sometimes it is more effective to. Show your referrers pictures, charts or microscope images as part of the report. The Explorer EHR makes it easy to add images to your reports.

Online Results:

Not everyone can retrieve reports into their practice system, and in some places such as hospitals there may not be an easy or timely way to get reports to them. The Online Results system enables you to deliver your results so those with web access can view their results quickly and securely.

Clinical Decision Support:

The current platform for decision support and can be extended through the use of GLIF, GELLO, and terminology bound archetype structured clinical data. We can build tailor-made decision support or clinical guidelines to suit your practice speciality for example a lymphoma guideline for cancer treatment.
